Language requirements to study in Spain
Though international students can enroll in courses taught in English, learning Spanish is beneficial. Spanish is not required for admission to universities in the country.

If you have decided to pursue an English course, you must demonstrate your proficiency in the language by passing either the IELTS or Cambridge Advanced.
